General Terms and Conditions of Haider Telekom GmbH
 

§1 Applicability to Entrepreneurs and Definitions

(1) The following General Terms and Conditions apply to all deliveries between us and a consumer in the version valid at the time of the order.

A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that predominantly are outside their trade, business or profession (§ 13 German Civil Code – BGB).
 

§2 Conclusion of Contract, Storage of Contract Text

(1) The following provisions regarding the conclusion of the contract apply to orders placed via our online shop at http://www.haider-telekom.de .

(3) The presentation of goods in our online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer by us but is a non-binding invitation to the consumer to order goods. By ordering the desired goods, the consumer submits a binding offer to conclude a purchase contract.
(4) When an order is received in our online shop, the following rules apply: The consumer submits a binding contractual offer by successfully completing the order procedure provided in our online shop.

The order is placed in the following steps:
 

Before submitting the binding order, the consumer can return to the web page on which the customer’s details are recorded and correct input errors by using the “back” button in the internet browser, or cancel the ordering process by closing the internet browser. We confirm receipt of the order immediately by an automatically generated email (“order confirmation”). With this, we accept your offer.

(5) Storage of the contract text for orders via our online shop: We will send you the order data and our Terms and Conditions by email. You can also view the Terms and Conditions at any time at http://www.haider-telekom.de/AGB . For security reasons, your order data will no longer be accessible via the internet.
 

§3 Prices, Shipping Costs, Payment, Due Date

(1) The stated prices include statutory VAT and other price components. Any shipping costs are added.

(2) The consumer can pay in advance (bank transfer), cash on delivery, or PayPal.

(3) If the consumer has chosen payment in advance, they undertake to pay the purchase price immediately after conclusion of the contract.
If we deliver by cash on delivery, the purchase price becomes due upon receipt of the goods.

§4 Delivery

(1) Unless clearly stated otherwise in the product description, all items offered by us are ready for dispatch immediately. Delivery will be made at the latest within 5 business days. In the case of payment in advance, the delivery period begins on the day after the payment order is issued to the transferring bank; for all other payment methods, it begins on the day after the contract is concluded. If the end of the period falls on a Saturday, Sunday or public holiday at the place of delivery, the period ends on the next business day.

(2) The risk of accidental loss and accidental deterioration of the sold item passes to the buyer only upon handover of the item to the buyer, including in the case of a sale by dispatch.
 

§5 Retention of Title

We retain title to the goods until the purchase price has been paid in full.

§6 Warranty

The statutory warranty provisions apply.
 

§7 Contract Language

The contract language available is exclusively German.
