We ship your ordered products with our shipping partners Deutsche Post, DPD, and freight forwarding companies. Which shipping partner we choose for your order always depends on the type and size of the package(s). In general, we ship according to the following scheme:

  • Letter mail via Deutsche Post

  • Parcels via GLS and DHL

  • Bulky goods via freight forwarding. For this, your phone number is required in order to ensure proper scheduling of delivery. The freight company will contact you to arrange a delivery appointment. Delivery via freight forwarding is made to curbside only.

Of course, your phone number will only be used to process the freight shipment and will not be shared with third parties.

If the parcel carrier cannot reach you, you will receive a notification card indicating when and where you can pick up your package. A redelivery attempt may also be possible — please refer to the details on the notification card.

Shipping Costs for Germany and Austria

Free shipping!

For shipments to Germany and Austria, delivery is free of charge for orders over €1500. Unless otherwise stated in the product description, goods are shipped within 2–3 days after payment is received.

Shipping Costs for EU Countries

This shipping cost calculation applies to delivery addresses in Belgium (BE), Denmark (DK), Finland (FI), France (FR), Great Britain (GB), Italy (IT), Liechtenstein (LI), Luxembourg (LU), Netherlands (NL), Poland (PL), Romania (RO), Sweden (SE), Slovakia (SK), Spain (ES), and Czech Republic (CZ).

The delivery times stated in the shop apply to Germany and Austria. For deliveries to other EU countries, please expect longer delivery times.

Shipping Costs for Switzerland

For deliveries to Switzerland, we charge a flat shipping fee of €30.

We are happy to ship packages worldwide. For deliveries to countries not listed above, we first require a written request by email (info(at)ergobasis.de). We will then inform you of the shipping costs that apply to your country.
